Pardon my naivety but I don’t understand why this 15c wall continually gets loaded. Could some posters please enlighten me to their theories behind this. Is it suppression for Cap raises?? Given we’ve just had one I wouldn’t think so. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration to my request for information. GLTAH.
