my theory and knowledge is that there are funds out there that have caps by market cap on which stocks they can or have to invest in.
sub 15cent our market cap is sub $200m. there are a lot of funds that won't look at stocks under $200mil market cap but as soon as the go above they they have to start buying them.
other funds have 20cent share price caps as well.
so keep it sun $200mil and acquire shares without having to compete and be on the radar of other funds.

it is also strange that we have had large volume go through today (99% at 14.5cents) and the share price hasn't gone up or down. it just keeps washing through. we have seen this a lot.
