The major differences between Mesoblast and BOT are that Mesolbast had already been asked previously to provide extra info to the FDA (BOT never were), and on this occasion they only resubmitted to FDA in March and now only 4 months on the FDA want more info. So it didn't get past mid-cycle review like BOT did, without any concerns raised by the FDA, and also Mesoblast never got to discussing labels with the FDA like BOT have.
You're comparing apples with oranges - I'm still confident all signs point to SB's FDA approval being a certainty. Mesoblast's experience is incomparable. Nice try though!
