The Japan evidence is that it sells, and the US is a potential 3 x times the market. US Insurers are prepared to pay over $600/script (they already do with other, lesser, products). 23k scripts x 12 months x $600 x 3 times the population - you're looking at $500m per annum! What happens when you extend to Europe, Oceania, Africa, etc?
