Yes the figures are huge and because of that they also talk it down because otherwise it looks so stupid. There is big potential here.

but as Matt said in the eureka report, biotechs are profitable. they have to be because of the risks involved. Brickell spent $160m getting this drug through trials. a lot of drugs don't make it through the trial process so that's a lot of wasted time and money. If you get one through you'd want to be getting paid for your efforts.
