From the latest Alan Kohler interview w Eureka report, 300000 units sold in Japan represents monthly scripts for just 25000 patients.
Assuming 5% market share of 3.7 million HH sufferrers in the US is 160000 people x 12 months x $700 per script is $1.3 Billion revenue p/a. USD.
Put a P/E multiple of 15 on that and you get $20 Bil. MC USD which equates to share price north of $20 aud.
Back of the envelope but realistic inputs.
