No, ASX will issue a temporary suspension to the trading company to query why the price has gone up so quickly and they need to explain why...
So if say BOT goes from 17 and goes up to say 30 in 1 day, they will more than likely throw it out there and hence the term speeding ticket to try and slow it down.
Thats why slow steady accumulation while not so exciting is far better.
