Annacor had prediction of peak sale of $2bil per annum. Annacor was paid 2.5x their peak sales. obviously patient lengths come in to play, market size and lots of other factors.
we are predicted to be $950m per annum peak sales going by the euroz report. that is with a 3% market share from the 3.7m patients. doesn't include the broader market that would also use this product.
articles I have read suggest there can be a lot of variables but often a 10% market share for a best in class is probably not unreasonable and to base your figures off for valuations. So call it $2bil per annum peak sales being conservative which is 6-7% market share. maybe we could get a similar price to Annacor.
$5.2bil usd = $5.2 a share for us.
