agree. and if they had any doubts of not getting approved they'd tee up a partnership/licensing deal now pre fda approval. He's of pharmas would want to partner before fda approval.
we could easily get $50mil upfront and percentage of royalties to cover themselves in case. the fact they haven't partnered or signed a licence deal suggests they're selling the whole thing to a BP.
