Hi there!
It’s based on the 12 month date from the NDA filing date on the 26/09/2022.
That’s when most holders would be expected to hear from the FDA, however they could come back with a decision earlier, or a bit later.
I’d say that’s why BOT management say late September.
It really could be anytime this month.
