Ironically as time has ticked by the statistical chance of a being awarded FDA Approval increases ,,, as NO is a simple and definitive end to the application process..

Plus FDA Drug Approval is a Milestone application Process,, overcome each Milestone and the Application remains Live,,Company moves forward.
So in this particular Case "No News is the Best News"
Certainly not in the Bag , but even a late failure would show 95% compliance so another shot with the correct supporting information could see FDA Classification in an even shorter period.. My Guess is the Company are down to weekly meetings now, ironing out the exact "Medical Claim" BOT will be able to Substantiate and then Market..
