It seems pretty consistent amongst other stocks, doesn't seem like the market is in much of a mood to really speculate the future potential. It wants the hard numbers first. This is especially true for the smaller end of town. We have done our research and we see the potential as almost a certainty, but the larger end of town most likely have not looked as closely yet, and they're who really drive prices. To be honest though I don't really know why the market isn't pricing in this potential, I just know it isn't.
