why would traders smash a stock?
stop loss , simple.
they want to get in and out with quick small profit or quick small loss.
that is why they are called traders.
I am both an investor and a short term trader.
I am holding a small trading parcel in BOT that i bought at 17.5 cents and will sell it when i see the chart starts giving me bearish singals.
I am still holding my long term shares in BOT.
I will make money along the way and also on my long term bigger holding.
I do it because there are no guarantees for anything. Even if FDA approval is granted there is no guarantee the share price will continue to go up.
