The Science is not in question at BOT , meeting a few FDA Instruction Regulations is a walk in the park ,plus it's not BOT Management carrying out the task , It's one of the United States leading Law firms that is orchestrating the next meeting and submitting the instructions for approval.
No One ever wants to have to take a backward step during the application process but as its a Milestone Gateway application process, it was only the Instructions that denied the approval..
Regrettable and highly embarrassing for BOT Management , Mistakes happen , it's the remediation that counts...
This Christmas period is going to be brutal across the ASX , I don't believe anyone is insulated from the sell down later this year,, NZT
