why it hasnt touched the upper band?
The doji formed on the 5/10 followed by hammers on the 6/10, 10/10 and 13/10 while the price is continuously dropping.
too much selling pressure since the 5/10.
If someone doesn't agree then its ok, we will revisit this post in a couple of weeks time.
