I 'm pretty sure that the chemical structure of CBD is not eligible for patent protection. I think that Pythecs patents apply only to the fluorination of CBD.
BOT is a true disruptor with its synthetic version with unique formulations for each product....if BTX1204 's data is successful this is going to the moon, IMO.
