It is a cheap stock , 83 % held by top twenty , so any revaluation will happen quickly as it did from 11 cents to 30 cents . Would suggest a lot of the other 17 % of holders would be in at prices considerably higher than 40 cents , so resistance will be negligible to go even higher .
