Yes Tin, as I understand it the front end of the plant, crushing circuit etc is obsolete and needs total replacement, the back end has been refurbished.
Initial production is the reprocessing of a small stockpile of fines, to be followed by the processing of the larger stockpile that I presume has already been thru the crushing circuit.
As the front end is replaced next Q they will move to a fresh mining campaign.
In the meantime we should also get the feasibility on Ph2 this Q.
Lots happening, just a little more patience required I'm thinking.
