All respects Frankie - but Occam's Razor is "smallest number of assumptions is usually correct" - therefore something simple like a labelling error or a copy and paste error in excel is much more likely than something 'not that simple' such as a miracle vehicle. But we'll never know - my presumption is the lawyers would have said move it along as they usually do.
And with respect to Misfits, this thread is about the future - there will be a brighter lens on this whole incident when the FDA gives the go-ahead for phase 3.
Sentiment around a stock can change quickly. Bring on 2020.
