I agree too.
However just remember he was the one who made this all happen, namely the US expansion. It was his call mostly and he still has faith. We LT all have faith, not in a George Michael type, although we have been troubled, but in a faith in getting two things to phase 3.
Then you have pin antibacterial and rosacea but we are all pretty sick of all this. Management have at least learnt there is an Australian way of doing and saying things that resonates. No excuses, just time. If you've got it, fine.
