The dealer is trying to keep the market spread at 1c now, which should normally be 0.5c. That could indicate that the dealer's position in BTA is nuetral. I guess it is a good indication as BTA has still lots of open short positions in the market. A good announcement would easily send the share price up to $1.3.

Currently BTA's future earnings based on its products is still promising. I think BTA share price will stabilize around $1.2 given no news coming out or leaking.
