Any idea how much the Capital Raise will be?
I'd imagine they would want a large sum to avoid a JV situation with Lombard Pharmacies or other parties.
I'd guess as soon as FDA gets approved, then Trading Halt and CR to capture the post FDA re-rate?
$50,000,000 at 35c per share?
Gives Bot $65,000,000 to launch a comprehensive roll-out. Should avoid a JV and the royalties / dilution that come with it.
