This I am not sure on, obviously the US has (had now that Purisys has had their CBD descheduled) the DEA as a barrier to the free importation of CBD into the US, I'm not sure if we have a DEA equivalent here in Australia? Either way it seems the main issue was with the manufacture of the Permetrex only product as that may have been the cause of the high efficacy of the vehicle in the US arm of the BTX1503 phase 2 trials.

That Permetrex only product should have been exempt from any DEA restrictions in regards to import/export since it does not contain any active ingredient and BOT management have not said where the Permetrex only product for the US arm of the BTX1503 Phase 2 study was produced/who it was produced by. If the Permetrex only product was produced by the same manufacturer in the same lab for both US and Aus arm of the BTX1503 phase 2 study then there is something fishy going on IMO.
