I was mocked by the Sheriff of XXX because the price of this counter was falling and I doubled my holdings - increasing my average purchase price to a bit less than 4.7 cents/share.
If the share price falls much further I may continue to break my portfolio balance rule and my country risk rule as well.
As for management - there are a lot of things in this world about which one keeps silent for very good reasons and I suggest the armchair CEO's would be best to realise this, and stop complaining.
