Been raining the rivers are up and silty so worked last Friday , made the week excruciatingly long,,, not sure if it was the extra day or the fact i wasn't fishing.... been spoiled this year with great conditions , farmers keeping as much stock out of the water ways has really helped , plus the new generation would rather fish on a device so less fisherman in general seems to have helped the numbers build..
Mind you the fire bans are over so if you are lucky enough to land a beautiful Rainbow, grilled over an open campfire ,, you just can't beat it ...
