The amazing amount of products available in the medicinal marijuana group are immense and the FDA is naturally worried about unscrupulous behaviour. This is what Matt has been alluding to with a plethora of products overstating their CBD content. And probably over stating their nutritional, behavioural and overall benefits to go with it. Crikey, some would call this marketing with no excuses.
So the route BOT took with its FDA approach, which is not the easy way, may end up being the only plausible guarantee of ultimate efficacy.
Bring on the phase trial results.
