It's more the overall market sentiment currently. I think that's what can be attributed more so to the price drop than the CR. Personally I think the CR was executed very well.
There will be sellers from the 190m shares issued tomorrow, most of it will be tightly held but a lot of investors don't want to be exposed if there is a huge market downturn.
