responsible financial institutions try not to change the price of equities when they buy/sell.. and using a bot to buy into or sell out of a stock slowly as to not effect the price is reasonable practice.
The problem i have with the bot running on PGI is that its selling approx 280 shares per minute.. that is about $16k per day.. which is chicken feed so its probably just a psychological manipulation bot.
