Correction: I said that XT's exist for good reason. I didn't say bot use of XT's exist for good reason. Arguably there is a middle ground of good reason however which is legitimate acquisition/disposal of large holdings in small parcels so as not to temporarily affect the SP, but that's not the activities we are talking about here.
