The answer to this question has nothing to do with EXT ray. I have had this out many a time, it is the ASX allowing Bot trading. Automated computer selling.
I have spoken to some pretty smart brokers who also informed me that it is not used for manipulation, it is used to sell a parcel without putting up a large sell order.
