    No I won't take that bet because I agree with you. Eventually CNP will part with some 20-30% of CER once the syndicates are unwound (a long while though that may be).

    HAving a 25% stake is enough to control the board of any company and swing the vote any which way. It's also enough to block a takeover bid.

    They will need some shares otherwise what I said about changing the property manager by vote could possibly happen.

    I would like to re-enter CNP at a fair value post-dilution price, but as I said I swapped out in favour of CER. My average price was just too high to justify holding CNP in favour of accumulating CER at what I thought was fair value.
