Could be true! Hard to work out whether sellers or buyers but one thing is for certain they are not small players when they obviously have a very good Brokerage agreement for so many small quantity sales.
I dont know enough about this technique but I am tempted to think that if this strategy is used and the price is going down then they are accumulators If on other hand price is going up they are dumpers!!
