Not his fault - his optimistic buy at 9.5c is bigger than that but someone/something has playfully dumped 140 shares into his bid.... will he wait or will he have to move his bid up to make it worth the brokerage he has now committed to?
I'm betting he'll wait, but I hope he never gets the satisfaction of having it filled...
[cue massive announcement making SSNO unaffordable...]
