    Im not being dishonest as I must have missed the change in substantial holder announcement when these were granted. Obviously they are in escrow but if the sp is not double in 18 months time DGR will have to pay them back, which could result in issuing shares under the 20c ex strike ?

    There's no way DGR is going broke with NM or Karl at the helm. Where did that ridiculous conclusion spawn ?
