IMO, our money has bought us Biota's management's lies.

Lie 1. Biota was not appropriately appreciated by the Austalian market.

Lie 2. No more PR effort iwas needed as the product will market itself .

Lie 3. The US market would appreciate Biota business better.

Lie 4. The merger deal was in the best interest of all shareholders.

It is very suspious that the previous managment tended to like to delivery company informant ion via informa or unofficial ways, e.g. Investor briefings, interviews....
