Management have been reckless in their statements and rationale in their quest to list solely on the NASDAQ
They have clearly not fully understood the ramifications of their decisions and a question of negligence could be asked
In spruiking the US move, Is there any evidence to show that Fox and Cook were not working in the best interests of shareholders. Are there any legal eagles out there that can look further into this?
