Full commisioning in April which is weeks away and the SP is 26...

Full commisioning in April which is weeks away and the SP is 26 cents.
I dont except a big jump in April given the trading patterns of the last 2 months, ships going out, IO at damn good prices, ASX and world markets moving forward and the ole GBG is going backwards, makes no sense.

I'm not one for conspiracy theories but something doesnt smell right here, if the above points mentioned didnt occur I would wear the 26 cents, but thats not the case.
