Look here is an example. I before E except after C
Believe, relieve etc by the same rule SCEINCE should be spelt this way, but its spelt like this SCIENCE. Teachers say that rule to every young student , however there are exceptions. I made a mistake I admitted that and will improve my spelling and I certainly don't encourage illiteracy.
