Received letter from PH2 today advising of Botala ASX listing and whether I wanted to partake in their IPO.
From my own DD and research it seems imo that:
1. PH2 will be coming into some significant funds once Botala lists on the ASX (~ $5 to $6 Million)
2. PH2 will still own about 19.9% of Botala
3. Ph2 will still retain a 30% interest of the Serowe Project
4. Ph2 is still being roughly free carried up to the sum of ~$3 million for the serowe project.
My thanks go to Rob P who imo most probably brought this deal about with Botala Energy.
