Maybe, you have to offset that with the ego's though. Surgeons tend to have big egos, and do not really like being told what to do, they like to tell. Megalomaniac I believe was coined by Surgeons, for Surgeons.
This has always been an issue for consolidators and is often why they leave after selling out and doing their contracted time.
In saying that, there are plenty of surgeons around who can work in with others.
VEI potentially have a lot of organic growth they make good money from what is really not a lot of shop fronts.
How saturated is this market - can they double their revenues from organic growth or is the market saturated ( i.e. do they have to acquire this growth )?
