    as investors know they have credit line of $75 mill so with the companies they're buying into at a PE of 4 it makes smart sence to borrow with an awesome ROI. Volume picking up again in last 1/2 hour with 1 mill traded, wouldn't be suprised if the ann comes before year end results, with a rerating in this stock
