As to why well IMHO, there are many reasons:

• now remember we have seen a upward BOT at the same time there was a downward BOT operating, it was the battle of the BOTs and the upward one won and then went quiet. They recently returned in a small volume/way.
• to make money ofcourse and to control or destroy CVN SP and then buy it at a fire sale.

i have a number of theories but nothing i can provide but i bet AC has an excellent idea of what is happening, almost worth the flight ticket to WA a the end of the year for the meeting to hear the questions he answers prior to the public talk, more in what he does not say.
