I'd love to know the price offered "for the whole of the company". The directors must think the company is worth substantially more than the offer, otherwise they are obliged to put the offer to shareholders. So potential upside could be very large.
The next few weeks should see some more information released which will finally get us out of the dark. Until then, the BOTS will ensure that the price doesn't go too high - they done a great job keeping it low for so long now.
