You sound confused. One moment you are worried that there has been a dump and the next moment you are worried that no one is buying.
PRR is a highly speculative stock with excellent achievements to date. We hope and pray that for all concerned, patients and share holders, the next set of data is also good. If it is, the share price should go up, but maybe it won't. That is the nature of speculative stocks.
