Guys this is very simple...
1. Do you believe in the long term story?
If YES... BUY more, this is a great time to stock up if you have the cash... not sure why you would want to buy them at high 20s/low 30s if you can buy them at low 20s or even in the teens if it drops before the aforementioned information becomes available??
ie:

- confirmation of completion of Specs for Class B from GDOT
- confirmation of funding for Georgia
- confirmation of progress of Colorado
- *** confirmation of firm orders for output of Colorado.***
"
Even if it only gets back to 35c with this information that is a massive 50% gain by Early 2017 at the latest.
