I agree with you, however it is usually obvious as to whether they are accumulating or exiting. It appears they are sitting on both sides of the ledger - and therefore makes it difficult on this occassion.
Given upcoming announcements, I'd say they are accumulating, but who knows. In any case they do not appear to be punters...
