The BOTS shouldn't have advantages such as front running other larger trades but you can use them to your advantage when you are buying or selling a modest amount as sometimes they will chip away at your order when no one else will come up or down.
The other strategy with a stock like IMF is to buy and come back in 12 months. All the day to day shenanigans won't affect the value shining through over an extended period if they keep executing so well.
