I have spent several years working on my emotional control (poker) so I know what you mean. I didn't sell for any other reason than they have $90m in the bank and want to do a capital raising. If they need more cash for MM, use the $90m in the bank and sell the DRM shares - although they said weeks ago MM was fully funded. They also should have the profits from WD ongoing.
If you takeover someone now it's a double whammy (CR reduced the price, plus the premium to takeover).
Why not get MM up and running then have a sniff around?
