    I believe that entities connected to China are very interested in this stock / company.
    This is obvious when you consider the JV signed by AXF, and the fact that Vanadium and Gold are highly important to the Chinese state & - in the case of Gold - national psyche.
    Research on Chinese beliefs in the power of certain numbers and number combinations helps us decode the clues on offer.
