as opposed to petty theft, then again, even if it was 1 tick, thats still 500k, as opposed to the 1,5 million actual theft from shareholders, presumably by a top 20 nominee shareholder, they have the means and the power to send the share price in the direction of their choice, there would have been collusion on that trade, it happened 24 seconds before closing time, i mean, who would actually sell ONE SHARE (or buy whatever applies) as i said earlier, this is perfectly legitimate according to ASIC and ASX, i have sent them dozens of emails in the past in certain companies trading, and always got a copy and paste reply, thats why they need a bigger and badder dog sooled onto them, like the fraud squad, they way things stand now, they are answerable to NOBODY.
